In a RUSH
Before Sab and Saint's party, I was in Taft for my saturday class, had to rush home for the party, and of course, outfit crisis! Had to come up with an outfit in like 10 freakin' minutes. I don't know how that's possible, but I did it. That proves how creative I get when I cram. haha I'm a certified procrastinator, cramming has become something I'm good at, I know it's bad but oh well.
Anyway, this is the outfit I came up with.
What do you guys think? :)

Shoes: Tory Burch, Watch: Swatch, Bangle: Bazaar,
Necklace: Forever 21

If you put that outfit together in just 10 minutes, I wonder what you can come up with with more time!
The outfit looks polished and appropriate for the event. Only thing that I'd change is the necklace(s?). A unique factor of your top is the zipper, but your necklace covered it up. I think it would've looked better had your worn a shorter necklace. :)
